16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in  accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive  jurisdiction of the English courts. If you use this Website from another country,  you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable local laws.  Magners, its affiliates and/or partners make no representation that the 

materials contained within this Website are appropriate for countries outside  the United Kingdom.


Magners Secret Garden 2023 – Terms of Sale / Event and Conditions

1- By booking tickets and attending one of the Events, the participant and any guests will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. 

2- The Promoter: The promoter for these events is Magners GB Limited (C/O Matthew Clark Whitchurch Lane, Whitchurch, Bristol, England, BS14 0JZ). 

 3- The Events

 a- These Terms and Conditions apply to the following Magners Secret Garden events:

    1. Manchester – 27th July 
    2. Birmingham – 17th August 
    3. Edinburgh – 31st September 
    4. London – 14th September 

 b- All attendees at the Events shall be over the age of 18. Proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) may be required in line with venue licensing requirements. The venues reserve the right to refuse entry / service to any attendee, and the Promoter shall not be liable in this event. 

 c- The Promoter reserves the right to amend the date or venue of any of the Events. If this happens, we will inform you via email to the email address provided at the time of booking. 


Ticketing: Once you have booked tickets to the Events, you will then receive an eTicket to the email address provided. If you don’t see the eTicket, please check your junk/SPAM mailbox, and if you have not received it within the 24 hours prior to the Event please contact info@magnerssecretcidergarden.co.uk. It is attendees’ responsibility to ensure you have access to the eTicket in order to attend the Event. 

As tickets are ‘Free’ once venue reaches capacity doors will close. Tickets do not guarantee entry. 



  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for, and no compensation will be given for, any cancellations, changes to the line-up, dates or venues for any Event. In attending the Events, attendees must follow any Government travel guidelines in place at the time. Attendees acknowledge that they may be required to provide proof of COVID-19 status and/or proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and that they may be refused entry to the Event if they are unable to provide the required proof.  
  2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with any Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
  4. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms or rights. Any invalid or unenforceable term shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted.  
  5. These Terms and Conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England, Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, where Scottish laws apply. 
  6. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to  GDPR@candcgroup.com. You acknowledge that you may be filmed, photographed or sound-recorded by or on behalf of Magners UK as a member of the audience and the film, footage, sounds recordings and/or photographs may be commercially broadcast, published or otherwise distribution in all media worldwide forever without payment to you.
  9. You may use your smartphone for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The use of cameras, videos or any other sort of audio, visual or audio-visual recording equipment is strictly forbidden during the event.
